Gather Documentation
Locate your original register receipt or order confirmation email. A valid proof of purchase is required for all refunds to the original payment method.
Visit Our Location
Bring your items and receipt to the customer service desk at our garden center. For large nursery items, please contact us via phone before transporting them back to the store.
Receive Refund
Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund to the original form of payment or issue a store credit according to your preference.
